Responsibilities

• Task-related activities
  • Organizes the distribution and assignment of work to team members and manages their time so as to meet client needs;
  • Participates in the preparation of bids;
  • Tracks project costs;
  • Assists the Operations Manager in team meetings;
  • Resolves problems that arise and recommends corrective measures;
  • Oversees the development and improvement of procedures for both existing and new services;
  • Receives and reviews technical reports;
  • Approves the work orders of the technicians under their responsibility.
• Equipment and materials
  • Coordinates and maintains the specialized tools required to carry out projects;
  • Coordinates, conducts research, obtains bids and proposes the acquisition of tools and devices as needed.
• Human resources management
  • Contributes to developing and maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment;
  • Assists the Operations Manager in developing the training, development and evaluation of all employees;
  • Assists the Operations Manager in assessing output and performance.
